relationship between the client and the coach. Confidentiality, honesty,
and mutual trust provide a safe environment in which to explore desired
changes, achievements, obstacles, successes, and dreams.

the client you set the agenda for the coaching process. I listen and
engage you with probing questions, clarifying observations, and honest
feedback. Coaching concentrates on where you are now and where you want
